Movers were wonderful..very efficient.
At the end we did tip as we felt they did a good job and were very quick. But when I signed that they only worked 2 hrs I was told by the owner as I signed the online paperwork, we would be refunded the 3rd hour which was not correct.
We had other things that we needed loaded and would have kept the crew for this if we were aware that the 3rd hour was basically a bonus + the tip.

They were on time and had great communication regarding their arrival time. They came prepared with their own dollies and such. They completed the job really quickly too. However, they just kind of piled every thing up in my dining room. There were a couple of things broken too. Nothing too major, just one of my nightstands and a chair.
