J&E did a wonderful job. They moved a 20ft uhauls worth of stuff to my 4th floor apartment (with an elevator) and couldn't have been more polite, respectful, and fast. They even fit me in super last minute, and brought an extra helping hand at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring them.

Showed up an hour and half after we were suppose to start, and for which I had to get approval from the HOA.

Yes I told him to forget about deducting the one man from the job because I was basically tired of dealing with him.

Had a one hour window and was 40 minutes later than that window (traffic due to first game of season). Regardless, SUPER fast. Had to deal with a three floored townhouse and only took 2 hours to empty the truck. Very, very fast.

The guys were efficient and friendly. The stayed and finished the job. The Smartbox that was delivered had a wall that was detached. They patched in manner similar to what had been done previously on the other side of the box. They used all the available space in two boxes and we had a little extra room in the third where we could add some stuff. The price was very reasonable.
