They did the best they could under the circumstances. Uhaul gave us the wrong size truck...........too SMALL! The crew did work hard and were respectful of our property. We had a few glitches but we worked through them and J and E did a good job.

They did a great job. Only issue is they arrived later than I ask for. I asked for 8 to 10. They called and said they would be there 10 to 12. They arrived at 11:56! This put me 3 hours behind my departure.

The job took a lot longer then I felt it should have. There was definitely a lack of hustle and team work with frequent standing around from the helpers. Also the commuting time was longer than it should have been.

Brian and Jacob were Great! They discovered a hole in the floor of the truck I rented, so the company had to come replace it. I am so grateful for Brian and Jacob for discovering this problem and alerting me to the dangers of not demanding a replacement truck!! Then, they were very polite and easy going with the exhausted stressed out me. Finally, they were great at packing the truck - I usually find better ways, but they had it down!! Definitely would hire J & E moving again! Thank you J & E!!

Were they respectful of your property and goods? We had a few incidents and they were honest about them, so I'm appreciative. Stuff happens and it wasn't a regular issue of damaging my property.
