All questions were answered. I've offered for the crew to compensate the customer for the dryer but, for whatever reason, she still has not sent me an estimate. I don't know what else to do? She told me that the crew did a wonderful job and she tipped them big so it seems a bit odd that she would rant and rave on this review. I tell all of our customers that they really need to get lots of rental blankets because we use them to heavily pad the furniture & other items which prevents it from being damaged in-transit.
