We used J&E to move our belongings from a full 12 x 24 storage unit at a facility that was closing to a 10 x 30 unit at another facility. Josh and his team were great. Though they arrived late, they called in a timely fashion to let us know, and they completed the job early. They worked hard and brought items like tie-down straps, plastic wrap, etc. They were careful with our belongings, and were quite patient with our complicated instructions about items we wanted set aside, items we wanted to bury in the back, and items we wanted to keep near the front. We would definitely use them again!

I moved across the country and had been in the car for 12 long days and I just wanted to have it all over with.
The J&E crew arrived in a car bristling with muscular manly men and they went to work carefully unpacking my shipping container. The antique china from my grandmother's house - perfect shape. My 200 pound amethyst - handled with ease and wonderful care. The 17 large crates FULL OF BOOKS were expertly trundled up two flights of stairs effortlessly. (Well, there was effort I am sure, but they made it look easy.)
No dings, no scuffs, no worries, no hassles. They were even early!!!!!
I asked them to remember how they magically got all my super wide and gangly furniture pieces into their respective spots, because when I move in a year or so, they will be the ones to pack all that stuff OUT.
P.S. There will be more large crates of books by then!

They were over an hour late...they got lost? But, once they arrived they did a fine job. Took directions well.

They did a good job. We offered pizza and pepsi which they gratfully accepted. Always talking about past customers and how much they tip. I felt obliged to give them each a strong tip at the end of the hard day. After handing out the tip they charged me an additonal hour even though they took time out to eat, drink and smoke. I am not happy about paying extra. I will never use these guys again.

1st day they came out was ok. 2nd day 2 different people came out, not good at all. The way they put the things in the truck was not right. They moved things into the truck that were not suppose to be moved and some things that should have gone into the truck were not. They were pleasant but were not experienced movers and did not do a good job.
