On time, actually a little early, yes they had the tools they needed.
I supplied blankets, tape and bubble wrap for large glass table top, and shrink wrap for upholstered items, which I was told to do if I wanted to use those packing materials.
Very polite and efficient, very respectful of my property.
I would definitely use them again.

They were fast, efficient, respectful, and extremely helpful. My only concern is that I was not able to stretch-wrap my sofa (because it had to be partially disassembled to be moved and I wasn’t able to do that.). I had stretch wrap on hand but I noticed at the very end that they loaded it without wrapping it so am hoping it is okay.

The 2 who came to my house worked fast and efficient. They packed nearly the whole house before running out of the allotted time (2hrs). I would recommend them to anyone!!

Hire-a-Helper and Elite movers worked out great! Communications and scheduling were good. The workers worked hard and did a great job loading two PODS. I have zero complaints and I would hire them again!
