Alex & Josh (2), arrived on 9/30 on time and came ready to work and jumped right in! We had the remainder of a 10x20 storage unit and a 10x10 unit (half full) to move to the 2nd PackRat. Josh was in charge of packing. I felt like he was in a hurry to get home and was focused on getting our things in as quickly as possible, not necessarily packing as strategically as possible so he could leave. I heard items being banged against other things, things dropped and some Christmas ornaments were broken! They also dismantled 5 industrial shelving units. They would not fit in the PackRat since all the other items were not packed as tightly as the first PackRat. We went back that evening to get the shelving pieces and they mostly were in a pile. Would have been nice if they had been placed against the walls. Would absolutely request Alex to come back, but would not feel comfortable having Josh(2) again.

Alex, Josh (1), and the other gentleman (my apologies for not remembering his name) arrived on 9/25 on time and came ready to work and jumped right in! We had a 10x20 storage unit (not quite full) and Josh(1) worked some Tetris magic and packed the PackRat to the gills!!!! Amazing job from all 3 of them and it was no small feat! Nothing was broken and we thank you for such a great job of handling all of our items with such care! We so appreciate all your help and would ask for you again!

They were on time,and were very helpful and worked safely making sure the personal belongings and properties were not damaged. I would definitely use them as they were also very respectful..

Joe, Josh, Daniel, and David did an EXCELLENT job loading my 3 bedroom house. Joe, Josh, and David arrived on time; Daniel arrived about 15 minutes early and got right to work. They brought all the necessary tools and accessories to make loading efficient. They made loading a 3 bedroom house look EASY. There was absolutely no damage to any of my belongings! I would absolutely recommend Mister Saguaro's to anyone looking to make their move a little less stressful! Thanks!

They were delayed in arriving but gave me plenty of notice and an in route update. They worked hard and fast, and we're personable and careful with our stuff. I was surprised how quickly they finished and had them assemble 2 chairs for me. I did use them again on 9/15 to pick up and install a safe for me. Same result, no issues. Reasonable fees, can do attitude, Highly recommended

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
