I am very impressed with the work they did in a two hour period. They were late getting there, but is was not a problem for me. It was a very hot day but is didn't slow them down. They carried very heavy furniture into a Pod and filled it up with a method to get a lot in it.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Antoine Lewis and George Lunzy ARRIVED MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR LATE.
Antoine Lewis was courteous, followed instructions and complied with specific request, willingly and without complaint.
George Lunzy WAS NOT COURTEOUS OR RESPECTFUL, HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. He was ARGUMENTATIVE, disrespectful, is clumsy and fell down while going down a flight of stairs with a box, UNWILLING TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, COMPLAINED and REFUSED TO COMPLY and PERFORM as requested and instructed. He just wants you to pay him, while he does whatever he wants to.
George needs to find another type of work, which he will be more happy in, which does NOT require him to be customer service friendly and satisfaction oriented.
Would NOT use them again.
Book and use this "moving company" AT YOUR RISK and SURPRISE and find out what they are like on Moving Day, when it is TOO LATE and you have NO OTHER CHOICE.

We hired two movers to unload our truck after a cross-country move from San Antonio, TX to Benicia, CA. They were great about communication on the day of our move, and they called several times to up date us on the status of their previous job. They showed up for our move several hours earlier than expected, but didn't pressure us to begin before our scheduled time. The unloading went smoothly: they moved a handful of large pieces and about 60 boxes into our second floor condo in under two hours. We didn't request a dolly, and these movers didn't bring one, which made us a little nervous about the larger items, but they were able to unload the truck without damaging any of our stuff. Regardless, I recommend wrapping every inch of your upholstered items. Some small parts of our upholstered furniture were exposed, and while our loaders in San Antonio were careful to keep those spots safe, these movers were not particularly careful about setting the unwrapped surfaces of our expensive couches on dirty surfaces: like the grass, sidewalk, or truck floor.

I hired Lewis Moving Company thru HireAHelper to move a large number of household items from my house into Rat Pack storage and shipping containers.
The Lewis Moving team did an EXCEPTIONAL job and by far exceeded my expectations.
They arrive on time, or call if they are delayed. They work hard with few breaks. They don't complain and are appreciative for the work. They busted themselves with large furniture items, and worked diligently to protect fragile and delicate items. Clothing, dishes and household items were neatly packed and sealed in boxes, then marked for identification.
Lewis Moving earned every penny they charged me and I will not hesitate to hire them again. They are good, hardworking people.
Try them out, your packing and moving expectations will be greatly exceeded.

The movers from Lewis moving company were courteous, professional, hard-working and efficient. They arrived on time and began work immediately. We had a lot of heavy furniture and boxes that needed to be carried down steep stairs and I was impressed with how carefully and efficiently they carried everything down. They wrapped the expensive furniture with the packing blankets we provided and were careful with all our belongings. I was also impressed with how efficiently and thoughtfully they packed the moving POD we rented. We will definitely be requesting them to move our belongings into our new home, once escrow closes. I highly recommend their services.
