We hired My Guys Moving Service to move our furniture and several boxes across town to a new residence. They arrived within the window of time they were scheduled. They were very organized and worked well together. They were very respectful of our furniture. I would definitely use them again in the future. They had a "Yes, we can do that" attitude versus a "No, that can't be done attitude" which was very refreshing.

Rashad Smith and teammate arrived within the appointed time. They have worked out a system between the 2 of them that made the move quick and efficient. Both workers were very polite and handled our things like they belonged to them. The move went very smoothly and I highly recommended this team to others. I would definetly use them again.

Very amicable- BUT- would not take my advice on packing my paintings and some got dents in them- also, they left the heavy plants on the upstairs stairs and i had to carry and load. Think they could have done load in 2 hrs., and cost me for 1 whole hour because they went over a half hour. was not told that's how you charge beforehand. I would rate them Fair.

Damaged several items of mine. Things that pictures wouldn't prove. Took drawers out of a dresser that wasn't made to have the drawers removed. Did this without my permission and lost multiple ball bearings that went in the drawers. Also damaged the slide for one of the drawers. This was a 2000$ dresser that was damaged. When confronted about some of the damages their immediate response was that it was always damaged. The dresser was brand new prior to their moving of it. Luckily I have the item insured privately and repairs will be made but I will never recommend their service to anyone because of their quick response to place blame onto me. Also they were almost an hour late to the appointment. I was charged for 3 hours when I only used their service for 45 minutes.
