I was caught in a bind due to my previous movers no-showing and the owner not responding to my call. (Master Movers) I booked Grand Family Moving and they were excellent. Francis and Charles were ready to work and were on time. Professional and courteous. They were lifesavers in a sweltering heat. Hardworking and dependable. Would definitely use them again. Superior.

Grand Family Moving did a great job!! My POD arrived early and they were able to come early to get it unloaded so that I could get moved into my new place. They are very nice and very quick! We had a full 16' POD and they didn't even take 2 hours to empty it! Very hardworking and polite! I highly recommend to anyone looking for unloading/loading help! Thanks guys for being so awesome and making this part of my move stress free!

They successfully loaded my truck with my furniture in about an hour! But they were very clumsy and found dings in my furniture. Also was specific about how to place my TV and found it vertically standing versus horizontal. I will inspect and make a claim where necessary. In addition, the profile mentioned the movers will be in uniform and they were both dressed down and one of the movers pants were falling down... you can see his freakin underwear which was disturbing.
