I had this same team of guys load three PackRat pods at my former house, unload two of them a couple of weeks later and then unload the last one a week after that. I requested them each time after the first time because they were VERY efficient, polite and easy going. I recommend them highly.

Trent and Kaneith were amazing! We still can’t believe they made all of our things from our 1600 square foot basement fit into a 16’ pods container. They worked hard from the minute they started to finishing the job staying an additional 30 minutes (which greatly helped us out). They called to give us the heads up that they were on their way and would be here within an hour. They listened to our instructions on what stays, goes, gets placed in the trash pile, etc and did such a great job!
Packing the pods is like a Tetris game and they used every square inch of space!

Four guys showed up and loaded three PackRat 16 foot pods in four hours. I'd like whoever is reading this to know that they were VERY professional, polite and hard working. They knew exactly what they were doing to make everything fit as it was a lot of stuff. I requested the same guys to come and unload me in a couple of weeks. Bottom line: i give them six stars and you'd be lucky to get them for your move.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
