Team was nice. They arrived quite late. Initially communicated (although the notification about being late could’ve been more timely) but afterwards it slowed and was a little concerning. Although I would assume packing a pod would be similar to a moving truck it seemed like they were not that familiar with how to best arrange my items. I’m bracing myself for the condition of my items once I unload.
I paid for 3 men for 3 hours, mostly because I wanted them to disassemble items but because they were late I did the disassembly myself. I’ve had several companies move the exact furniture with only two people and do all disassembly in buildings with 5+ flights of stairs and longer hallways in two hours. With that being said, because everything was packed and ready to go in one primary area with the exception of larger furniture I assumed 3 movers for 3 hours would be enough. I ended up with two movers and the owner came towards the end of the three hours. So I would say based on my experience they didn’t seem that efficient but possibly due to them arriving so late the two men were probably too exhausted by then. While the owner reimbursed me $75 for not having a third person, that really did not add up to the cost of having 3 for 3 hours vs 2 for 3 hours. But I did not have the energy or time to debate, just likely would not recommend them for a move unfortunately. Really nice group, maybe over time these things will improve.
***Update***
I’ve finally unloaded the pod… as expected many things are damaged. They placed boxes clearly marked as fragile under heavy furniture. When unloading two fragile boxes were placed in the front and fell out when the door was opened. I do not recommend using this company.

I paid for 3 men for 3 hours for an apt move that was basically a 1 bedroom apartment because most of the stuff I'm throwing away myself. First the showed up to the wrong address. Then when they got there they was very very slow and lazy. Then when it was ti.e ti unload they told me we are out of time but they can stay for 1 hour and unload the while truck if I pay them another 190.00....They must be crazy if you could unload in 1 hour that mean you could have loaded the truck up in one hour in which they didn't. Then they left me stranded with a full truck to unload by myself. The company is the most horrible company I have ever had and experienced. I will never use them again. I had already paid the almost 600.00 in the first place. I need a refund.
