Although the gentleman running the business was kind - the experience was less than desirable. I asked for the moving truck to be there between 9 and 10 -- they arrived at 11:20. I had a small apartment that I move most of everything -- but about 15 pieces of furniture.

It took them over 2 hours to load the truck -- and another 2 1/2 to unload. It got to be so bad -- that my friends and I were taking things in -- they would carry one couch cushion at a time. My 2 friends and put my bed together -- frame -- box springs, mattress.

I moved 10 minutes away - it took them a 1/2 hour to get there.

Nice guys -- way TOOOOO slow!

Meeting your expectations with cost is our first priority, unfortunately your front door in your apartment complex was 275ft from where your apartment complex security would allow my movers to park the truck. This time was never accounted for in your original reservation. Over looking this major component and refusing to inform us that your start & finish apartments were both located on the second floor of both apartment buildings with no access to an elevator will also add time to your move.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I moved from one storage unit to another. I thought I could get done at lower cost. Movers were not very efficient or professional. I have move numerous times and a job that should have taken them no more than 4-5 hours took 9--what a rip off! Also the owner suggested that the move will go faster with a third person--still trying to figure out what that third person did! they complained all the time. I realize that it is hard work but it is what they agreed to do. I would have been better off using larger known company.
I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Movers unloaded a 10/30ft storage unit, loaded a 26ft truck. Drove across town to your 10/25ft unit we shared with you that the items woulld not fit but would do what we could to save you the $ for the extra space. Movers worked dilligently 4 several more hours packing the unit to accomodate the move. Movers suggested, rent a smaller unit for items that will not fit. Instead you ordered a 10/35ft, as requested we moved everything from 1 to the next. Delivered items 2 ur home & mvd frnture around

Called the day before to reconfirm appointment and again the day of when they were on the way They were very conscientious and padded all furniture. They treated my items like they belonged to them. I was very pleased with their professionalism.
