Dwayne and mark were amazing. They helped take the stress off the job transfer in a short notice. They were on time and worked really hard and was very quick. Then Jon called to check on how everything went after they were done and I still have somethings but it wasn’t packed so the guys are going to come back tomorrow and finish up everything so I can get on the road faster. The customer service was awesome and very pleased with the work they did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very happy I chose them for this move. I knew it was a lot and they handled it amazingly!! Dwayne and Mark did an amazing job. They were there at the beginning of the time window and worked diligently throughout. We had anticipated needing to help organize the truck...it was clear within ten minutes that we were just in the way. Dwayne and Mark are truly professional movers. Every bit of space in the truck was utilized, they fit more of our belongings in a 26' truck than I expected. Nothing broke during our 1000 mile drive. They were friendly ad personable. Please do not hesitate in hiring this team, they were wonderful.

Jon's Friendly Movers showed up at the agreed upon time frame and got right to work unloading our items into storage. We have a solid wood bar that weighs at least 200 pounds and is an odd shape and they did an excellent job knowing how to manage it. It is obvious they know their craft and can be trusted with people's personal items. Would definitely use again.

Awesome. The reservation was super easy on the website, they even send reminders just in case you have to reschedule or cancel. In my case I had to reschedule to one day later, moved with. With no issue and no extra charge. The packer they sent were amazing. I assumed all of our stuff wouldn’t fit and we had 1/4 of our container still available when they left. Would recommend and if I move back to Va would use them again. Workers were professional and fast.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
