I would not recommend this service. They arrived on time, let me know I could by pass company and pay them directly if they should need to go into overtime. After chipping wall and denting refrigerator, general slowness, they were in overtime. They had left at least 3' head space in truck, came to me after 3 hrs to let me know they could not fit all my things in truck. Thankfully some friends showed up and took over. I dismissed the loaders, sent them away and truck was finished by friends in 20 mins. Very disappointed

Tamoke followed up and then SHOWED UP, which is golden in my book. Our storage locker had more in it than we thought and our truck too small to get it all. But Tamoke and his partner were able to optimize the space and got in everything that was really needed. They were terrific and were hard workers! We are eternally grateful for their excellent work and we would definitely call on Reliable Express again in the future. Great experience all around!
