Ok, so I want to be a nice guy and give a great review. But I just can't. Sure, they did their thing and moved my heavy furniture. They weren't jerks or anything. But still, I had some troubles. I rented a truck for the move, and I have it for a certain window of time. When they show up 40 minutes late, my window is shrinking. Also, a few too many dings and scratches for me to overlook in my stuff and at my old property for me to give a higher rating. I thought that they would have some equipment. Good thing that I had plastic wrap, blankets and carts already.
They weren't terrible, but I wouldn't use them again.

Jose and Charles were exceptionally professional and fast. They worked almost non-stop (I had to ask them to take breaks between very heavy loads up 3 flights of stairs!). They brought pads to wrap the furniture, wrap to protect upholstery, all the essentials to make the move safe and protective. Their truck was clean, worked very well, and they drove safely. Both provided exceptional service in a timely manner and I could not have managed my move without them. During such a stressful transition, it is nice to have help that takes some of the worries about moving (e.g. time, space constraints, moving heavy items) off my shoulders.

They were not just on time, but they were early! It was a more than capable two-man crew who worked hard, never stopping and were respectful of the property. They did the entire job in under 2.5 hours.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers are the face of our company. the ones that are going to spend most time with the client's .our training program in customer etiquette, company policies and of course train them how to pad, load, protect foors, door jams, how to pack, how to inventory, all the stuff that goes along with moving.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
