They were awesome. I was out of town, so my mom met with them to oversee the packing and loading into the POD. They were efficient and careful. They came prepared and got the job done. We were very happy.

The movers were very respectful, but we will not use them again. They arrived over two hours late for the move, and went way over the allotted time which had cost much more money. There was a lot of idol time we paid for while the movers were on their phone, and they didn’t seem to efficiently move items out of the house. Additionally, we had to spend a bunch of time patching up and painting the walls were they had caused damage to the paint.
I am an army veteran with a bad back, and truly do appreciate the help from these movers, but this job ended up costing way too much for the quality of the work performed.

I placed my order July 17 2020 for two hours to move 9 pieces of furniture. The two guys showed up with NO tools..only tool that they needed was dollies ro move the furniture out of one apt. To the elevator and to another apt one floor up.
It took them 51 minutes to move 3 pieces of furniture and I helped with one of them. I ended up helping them move the last 6 pieces. At the end of the two hours the worker pointed out that he arrived at 940 am and that the two hours were up...will not use and would recommend as it was not a professional service.
