The movers did arrive on time. However, one was smoking as they drove up to meet us by our moving truck. After they parked their van, the individual was still smoking as he walked up to start working. It was very unprofessional. Only one individual was wearing a uniform (a t-shirt). The other man, who ended up doing a better job, was not wearing the "uniform" and said he was just helping the other guy out for the day. It became apparent that he wasn't really a worker for the company, but he did a pretty good job. Both men seemed to be working continuously, but it took them 3 hours to move what should have taken less than 2 hours. It was obvious they didn't know how to properly load a moving truck. I was most disappointed in how they handled my big items (sleeper sofa, etc.). They used small dollies to move my couches and I am shocked nothing broke. They also dropped a glass table top, but thankfully it did not break. I was just happy to get everything moved in one piece. While I wouldn't say they did a horrible job, I don't think I would recommend them. We learned our lesson and will only hire professional moving companies from now on.

Very methodical movers--clearly well-trained. They were fast but careful, always asking questions about items that might contain important items. Upfront about costs--I paid what I expected to pay. I would use them again.
