Hire a Helper assisted with my packing and loading of my pod in downtown Pittsburgh. Both groups of men were amazing. They were kind, personable, respectful, and professional. They arrived on time and called me at least a half hour before their scheduled time so that I could prepare for their arrival. They knew exactly what to do and was very efficient. The time that I spent with the packers was the best. We listened to music, laughed - all while still packing within a reasonable amount of time. The movers were gentle with my things, making sure nothing was damaged. I offered to assist and they told me to just relax. I had a lot of things to move and they were still able to get the job done under 3 hours. Their supervisor was so easy to work with, kind and always available to answer my questions or address my concerns. He took good care of me. I would definitely use them again. I only wish they were based in NY as well so that I could use their service when unloading my pod. Hire a Helper is a wonderful service and their employees are gold.
