Movers were on time and prepared. They worked very hard and were careful - they did not damage any of our property. They did an excellent job backing all of our boxes in the moving truck - nothing had moved at the end of three hour move. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Steve and his crew did a great job. All I had was 2 hours of solid hauling of very heavy things. No boxes, lamps or light stuff, I am talking about pool tables, dressers, king size beds, sectional reclining couches etc. that had to go around the back yard, up the deck stairs, and through small doors. They worked solid and steady the whole time they were here. The only negative thing I can say was they were two hours late for the appointment. However, they did call a hour or more before hand and kept me informed of when they would be here. They also called again 20 minutes before they arrived. So being late was no big deal to me since I was well informed when to expect them. Over all I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Overall - Very Professional and willing to go the "extra mile."
They were very good about communication - they responded via phone right away to confirm the job and make arrangements. And they were prompt to call me when they ran into traffic problems. They were a few minutes late to the job, but told me ahead of time.
They completed the work quickly and with great care.

They were a great team! We had two men who loaded a truck for us. They were very careful with everything, stayed on task and finished in great time. They were also very considerate. We felt comfortable having them be in our home. We really appreciate their hard work and reasonable prices, especially during these challening economic times!

This company was a little late to arrive and not very hard workers. Several of them seemed to sit around while others were working. They misunderstood my needs on the phone and did not come prepared. I was left to do much of the work myself. I'm not sure I would use them again for the above reasons and they were also overpriced for the work provided.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
Movers were all punctual, hard-working, and accommodating. Scheduling was also a breeze and Lori returned all calls promptly.
My move was somewhat unconventional--switching apartments within the building. A Touch Above helped save me literally dozens of hours of packing by agreeing to transport my apartment completely as it was (including fragile dishes, clothing, delicate shoe racks). Throughout the move they were all careful and efficient and friendly.
Excellent work, great guys. Highly recommended.
