In the morning we agreed on the phone to get a call as soon they will be on the highway heading to my place. No call was received till 3:30pm when they told me the their truck was broke down and will take some extra time to reach me. As a bonus I was assured that 3 guys instead of 2 only will be send to speed up the work. I was happy with that info and I've continued to wait for them. After 4:30pm I've started calling them and the answering machine was the only thing I've got. 6:30pm I gave up and started loading all my furniture by myself. Next day I've made few call to them and to HireAHelper.com. Labor Guys they never answered and with HierAHelper.com I was several times on hold without getting a human been on line.I left my contact details to them and later on I've got a call from them asking me if I can agree to reschedule my move. I gave them my feedback for the Labor Guys service horrible service and asked them for the refund. Show Response
