Really? What you paid for was to get your truck unloaded within a 2-hr period, & that's exactly what you got! Our prior customer had a truck problem & we felt bad leaving them, so we sent two of our guys ahead to get a head start with the intention of providing the best customer service possible to ALL our customers, not just you. You had very fragile items & we carefully unloaded everything without damage & with a smile on our face in less than 2 hrs... why so pessimistic?

You were very kind and a pleasure to work with. I did not mind renting a truck out of pocket to protect your belongings from the rain, since you accidentally ordered an open trailer. Always consider adding extra time to your estimate when your building has a small elevator, it really impedes the progress we would like to have made.

HAHAHA! I love ignorant civilians who think they can load better than an experiences full-time mover who has completed over 700 moves! We load to ensure safe transport to the destination, taking into consideration the fragility of items and availability of moving blankets-which you had none. You might have been able to stuff more junk in your pod, but I'd love to see your face when you open the door ;) It will not be pretty. I am sorry that you did not understand how the system works. When you ask for a time it is not guaranteed you will get it, it is just a request. Moving companies do several jobs per day and have to run a tight schedule to be productive & efficient; this is not called over booked. We also gave you an arrival range of 3-4 and arrived as promised. Finally, as careful as we are, when dealing with tiny hallways and huge heavy furniture contact is going to occur which we warned you about... there was
