I used them for loading into a Pods container. They arrived on time, and worked very well. They both definitely knew what they were doing, and how to load properly which was great as I was able to take more than I anticipated.

Run. This company sent three guys who acted like they were high and they drug their feet something terrible. They packed the truck so terribly that the company who unpacked me today was taking pictures sending it to their bosses as an example of how NOT to pack. I also have damage to several pieces of furniture. They also so severely damaged my front door that it will have to be replaced. When confronted about it, the company had the temerity to blame us for booking 2 hours only. Of course, we would’ve paid for more but they were so snarky and bad attitude that I’ll never work with them again. Then, they offered to send two more guys for free the next day but held me up for more money. Let’s be clear, they caused the overage of time by their lack of desire to work and showed up in total slow motion. The company will stand by their terrible employees and wonder what’s wrong with the customer for complaining. The foreman also came with a terrible attitude. The company did not want to refund money for the damage but put it on Hire a Helper. The previous company we worked with packed our unit perfectly in less than 2 hours. Now, the two guys they sent the next day were fantastic. This was sadly overshadowed by a totally disrespectful attitude copped by the company when confronted with their pitifully poor employees. So, you’ll do much much better elsewhere.
