The crew was 5 minutes early and ready to go. They were efficient and careful. I was shocked at how much stuff they got into one PODS container. They finished 15 minutes earlier than the projected time. Very satisfied.

Never showed up. Got in touch with Joseph 15 min after the window ended, he said he would figure out what was going on and call me right back. He never contacted me back, I left a couple of voicemails. I would not recommend to anyone. Moving is stressful already, this move was made worse with the no show.

Very fast movers, efficient. However damaged three items, a wooden dining room chair, a nightstand, and my entertainment stand got some solid noticeable dents (in the wood) from hitting things.

I am so disappointed in the amount of damage there was on my furniture! I purchased 24 furniture pads/blankets but the 2 guys who loaded my furniture just tucked them in and around the furniture, not taking time to make sure my furniture wasn't going to be damaged. I understand a few bumps and scratches however the damage was much worse because they furniture basically had NO protection. I'm so disappointed that I actually paid for this kind of service!!!
