I needed help staging my home for market, which included moving and removing heavy furniture. The team was on time, had professional tools to move larger items and were very respectful of my house and my time. They even took my donations and large trash items without an up charge for the disposal fee. These guys were the best. I'll be booking them again when the house sells.

They did a good job. They were hard-working and did everything I asked him to do. They did not have all the basic things that they should have 2 do the job but I had brought an extra dolly and some twine so everything was okay.

I needed help moving some furniture into a PODS storage unit while my wood floors were being refinished. There was an issue with the PODS delivery and I panicked. However, the folks at E&J was very accommodating and worked around the scheduling problem. The two gentlemen who came to move the furniture were right on time. They were efficient and organized (which was great because we were on a very tight schedule). At the same time, they were very careful with my furniture and made sure that everything was packed securely and safely before they left the house. Now that my rehabbing project is done, I look forward to having E&J Cleanouts and Moving back to help me put everything back where it belongs. Bravo, guys!

I talked to E&J twice before the actual moving day. Then, late the day before, they called and said they had "made a mistake" and booked a four hour job before mine which meant they would arrive after my agreed-upon time window. They were pleasant, but not what I would call professional in demeanor. They did a good job but you could tell they were in a hurry--because they probably were late for their next booking. I would not rehire nor would I recommend this company.

E&J Movers were a bit tough to reach by phone, but they were excellent where it counted: on the day of the move. It was a bit frustrating to work hard to head them, but they arrived to pack our POD on time and prepared. The packing was completed under the allotted time and it was packed very well. A few things did suffer a bit of damage in transit, but I blame that more on PODS than on E&J's packing job. All in all they were very good to work with and I'd absolutely do so again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.
