Small Moves did a great job, very professional, and very concerned not to damage any objects and our new home. Kudos.

Our team of three were 2 hours late but it was not their fault. Their boss schefuled them on another job before ours and we were not in a rush.One of them took charge of the loading while all of them expertly and safely packed and secured the load. We were moving from Tampa to Charlottesville, VA so it was important. I would have given them five stars but for the extra breaks the two smokers took. They could have finished in less than 4 hours. Hire a Helper made me aware of every step via email and things went smoothly as as a result.

The three men that came were good workers and did a fine job. But the only thing that went wrong was that I had order them for six hours. They were able to do the job in five hours and their was no way to get my money back. It took me days to get my money back for that one hour that I was thinking it would take them. Buy less hours then at the end pay what was used. They need to use a better payment system.

Small moves called ahead of time to let me know that the 2 men would be about 15 min. late the traffic was very bad. They showed up and the 2 men were ready and prepared to work. Both men worked very hard and they packed and handled all the furniture with great care. The amount of work they did was worth twice the amount that I payed. I would recommend them without hesitation, they were great.

They were very punctual and did a great job unloading my POD. It took them less time than I had requested. Wonderful work.

I liked everything about them except their press-move contact. It was impossible to get in touch with them. The first time I heard from them was when they showed up 2 hours early on the day of the move. This was problematic since I couldn't get into the apartment until the time originally s he filed. If they had returned a call, they would have known this. However, once they began working they were terrific. They were efficient and neat. They comp,eyed the move very quickly. They put everything where I needed it to go. We were quite pleased despite our original concern.

Two men unloaded a large moving van in 3 hrs.
They worked without stopping for a break to which anyone is entitled.
They were waiting for us when we arrived.
Were most respectful of property.
