The gentlemen with Yellow Dolly Moving communicated with us beforehand so that we were all on the same page for the timeline on moving day. They showed up on time, worked hard and did exactly what we needed. We only needed loading assistance into a Uhaul, so we only worked together for 2 hours. It was also nice when we were unloading the truck to find that everything had been loaded well and traveled well, too.
We were very pleased with our experience & would definitely use their services again!

Fantastic service. Communication was excellent (called the night before to confirm time/place/necessary equipment AND notified me the morning of when they were an hour out). Andrew and BJ finished in less time than I expected. All items were treated with care. Not one single item was broken or damaged. Highly recommend and will use again should I need to. Thank you!!

The guys showed up on time - actually we were held up picking up the rental truck and they were so accommodating, happy to wait and we didn't get charged until the move actually started which was so nice. Guys worked hard and did a good job unpacking a storage unit and packing the truck. These guys care!

The 2 helpers (Cory and Casey) were fantastic. Very polite, capable, very careful with our "stuff", and knew what they were doing. Couldn't have asked for 2 better helpers.
Make sure to make positive phone contact with Yellow Dolly Moving to make sure they have you on the schedule. In my situation, Yellow Dolly contacted me at the time they were supposed to arrive and told me they hadn't seen my work order before just now. They scrambled and found 2 workers, but they arrived several hours later than I wanted. Certainly not the workers fault, as they were fantastic. I'm not deducting from my rating for this since the email I received from Hire A Helper instructed me to make contact with the company as soon as possible. I did not do that, so I'm taking some of the responsibility.
