Too much down time during off-loading led to the booked time increasing from 2 hours to 3.5 hour that I ended up paying. After the break, only one guy seemed to be working, I guess the older guy was kind of exhausted. This led to the younger guy who was working alone and demoralized asking if I could help remove some lighter items so the according to him: " as we tackle the heavier items for you."

With all due respect John, our crew worked steady, strong, and with team work. You had a load and an unload of a 20ft truck. Driving from Altoona to West Des Moines, which is a 25 min drive on it's own. And 3 flights of stairs at the unload. Booking our crew for 2 hours and expecting them to do all of this, in that time is not a realistic expectation. The fact that they were able to get this done in 3 and 1/2 hours is very excellent time. We hope you enjoy your new home, and have a blessed day!

What a wonderful team of movers! They arrived on time, took care of my belongings and were very fast. We ran into trouble with our moving truck getting stuck in the mud so we had to cancel the off loading. They were concerned and showed it by trying to work with us regarding changing the off loading time. They called us to be sure we were okay. I will always use them and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have their belongings moved with peace of mind.

Ernest led a crew composed of Mike and Eric. Great job all around. They hustled and kept a steady pace. There was a bit of damage to a couple of legs of the dining table -- a result of the way it was loaded at origin. Mike and Eric quickly deployed Ernest's tool kit and got the legs properly installed, along with and the pedestal top. Ernest was previously acquainted with the property manager, and his friendly approach ensured that the right doors were kept open and the property manager kept happy. I would recommend this moving crew without reservation.
