They were late but did an excellent job and pulled off a miracle getting all my stuff into the third floor apartment. The 2 guys were nice and appropriate as well.

Mover's response:

Four hours late .....ridiculous.....Very poor commication between wife and husband......husband called and changed moving time without confering with his wife. These people were very rude and hard to please. We ,however, remained couteous and completed the job.

The two movers were very efficient, they worked very hard and were extremely cordial. I was pleased for the most part except that the manager wanted to charge me for an extra two hours of work. They did an extra 1/2 worth of work. I settled on paying her for 1+1/2 extra, I wasn't happy but extremely frusted so i payed her. I thought I got ripped off. They also showed up 20 minutes late

Mover's response:

This customer changed her time twice. We arrived on the job and had difficulty finding parking as her building is located in a very busy and congested area of town. We started her time at 1:30 PM. The guys finished unloading at 4:05 PM. She then, without my permission, intructed my helper to drive her 24 foot truck to the local Uhaul dealer so as she could return the truck. I called her on the phone to tell her she would be charged and she said she was too busy to talk and would see me back a

We would not recommend these movers to anyone else. We had reserved 2 movers for 4 hours to move a 3200 square foot home. A 60ish man and a woman showed up. They spent 20 minutes at the back of the truck trying to figure out what to do when my husband approached the third person "a supervisor" that was just managing the operation to tell her we were going to need some more help. She felt bad and I guess so did the office because they stopped working and waited for two men to arrive to help loading. The older gentleman was a packer and did fit things in every space. However, there was a lot of damage from things rubbing in the truck even though they had been wrapped. And, the boxes had all taken a lot of crushing. So, I can't really speak to the quality of the packing either. Even though the men were only working for three hours they stopped to smoke, while the clock was running, more than once. The company was fair with the price for the additional men but, overall these were unexperienced mover/loaders and I can't recommend them!
