The movers were almost two hours late, but did a great job! Very efficient. I paid for three hours but only needed them for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

The 4 young men that loaded our goods into the trailer were amazing! They were a great team and worked together so well. Efficient , pleasant and did such a fine job. Can't say enough about them. They were set to arrive between 9-10 and got there at 11:30, that’s our only negative item. Thankfully we weren’t in a hurry that day. Overall they did a good job, no damage to items, helped us out a bunch getting heavy items loaded to our truck, and packed the truck efficiently. We would use them again.

They arrived early and were in a big hurry. They were a little rough with our stuff because of that.
The larger issue we had is that the hire-a-helper site specifically says they have basic tools for disassembly and reassembly. Smart Move refused to unwrap, set-up or assemble anything.

We will definitely be using Smart Move again. We used their unloading services for a Penske moving truck. The unloading (2bd apartment to 2bd duplex) took 2 guys just less than 2 hours. The guys had great work ethic, were very fast, and were easy to communicate with along the way. They were a few minutes late, but had called ahead to give an ETA and there were no hiccups with the service.

The crew was very personable, efficient, and handled all of our belongings with care. Rich, the move coordinator, was prompt in returning phone calls and accommodated our schedule change with no hassle. I will look to hire them in the future when the situation arises.
