Dillion & crew: on loading from Henderson Texas was from Gladwater Tx. Was on time, well organized, handled our antique furniture with kid gloves, worked fast, 3 bed, 2 bath garage with tools,fridge, freezer extra heavy equipment piece in less than 3 hours. 5 + stars

Simply put - AWESOME!
Dennis (local manager in Palm Beach, FL) went out of his way to us moved in on a busy day after PODS screwed up and showed up almost 4 hours late.
The crew from hire helper arrived fast despite the schedule change that was outside of their control, they were quick, polite and professional and made the whole day easier.

Fantastic service!! This was a load the "rented truck' and using the guys at Helping Hands (HH) was a smart move. Communication from start to finish was timely. For once I did not have to worry about the movers being a no-show. Several times HH called to make sure of the time and place. The two pleasant movers showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. While moving our belongings the guys were very careful not to damage our property. In about two hours a 26 foot rented truck was neatly and carefully loaded. I have moved MANY times. Some of the past moves a nightmare. This one was a dream.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.
What types of moves have you handled?
You name it, we have done it! Labor services (loading, unloading, re-arranging furniture), Full Service Moves (white glove services with a truck), local moves, corporate moves, junk removal, deliveries.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have met some pretty awesome customers. Moving can be very stressful, so it's always nice to hear that we have alleviated the stress that is associated with moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training methods are extremely hands on - our patient yet thorough crew leaders are experienced in teaching the industry's latest moving techniques to our newer staff members.
