These guys are Rock Stars! They took my job same day and were communicative throughout the process. Ralph was very careful while at the same time very efficient at unloading the truck. Ralph and one other guy had the 16 foot truck unloaded in less than 2 hours. I could not believe it. Ralph and his guys are all very polite and professional, and I would recommend them to everyone. I will also note they are one of more reasonably priced companies. I will definitely use these guys again if I need any assistance in the future.

When we used Stress Free Moves they were on time. They were not prepared to wrap some of our items (dressers, desks). During the move they informed us that they needed to leave to purchase materials to wrap the above-mentioned items. This took approximatley 30 minutes. They informed us that we would not be charged for the delay (this was good). I think one of he movers worked harder than the other, he seemed more organized and his strength was in organizing boxes and furniture for travel. On the other hand, his parntner seemed to be less of a team player. At times he did not seem like team player. When his partner offered suggestions or directions on how tobetter position items fot moving he seemed resistant or non-receptive. This often times caused me to intevene and provide direction(s). Especially becuse I have moved these items before and I too know the most effective way to move them. This usually help to reduce the tension and most likely added validity to his partners suggestions/directions. I think that there could have been more team work and coordination, The only other suggestion I have, is that movers should pay more attention to labels and pre-packaged items and how they should be handle (for example, glass, fragile, or items packaged in plastic). All items should be given careful attention and if and when there is a discrepency, then on should consult with the customer. In the future, I would choose more experienced movers.

They were responsible with my time--they communicated before the move and arrived on time.
They were energetic, polite, amusing and helpful.
They worked quickly and nearly effortlessly.
They were masters of Tetris! Meaning they packed everything in tightly and I had much more room in the container than I anticipated, and could take even more of my belongings than I had planned.
Every object was handled carefully, but I am especially grateful for their treatment of the precious items of religious and spiritual significance that I had to move. They were extremely respectful and careful with these items.
I wish I could take them with me to unload at my destination!
