I booked two people for 4 hours to move the big stuff from my home into a u-hual and unload at my new house which was less than five minutes away. The guys moved some larger items, but not the big ones I asked them to move like my bed, kitchen table and furniture. They loaded the truck in about an hour so I assumed an hour to unload and then we could do one more load/unload. When I said, are we doing the beds in the next trip, they informed me they only do one load/unload. I explained I paid for 4 hours and there would be time. The guy said I would have to call back and book additional hours. They ended up unloading the truck and then calling it a day even though I still had an hour + of time I paid for remaining. They asked me to sign off on the invoice and I said no because I paid for 4 hours and i didn't get 4 hours. The guy called corporate and they said they would refund me an hour. I would have rather had the guys help me move for that hour, but it wasn't an option. Would not use them again. The website asks how many hours you want the movers and not how many loads you have. Super frustrating!

They showed up early, but called first to make sure I was ready. They came in and got right to work, no standing around on the clock ( not that I would have minded). Loaded and loaded everything very well, would definitely hire them again! I was also happy they were available on a Saturday.

I moved to downtown Cleveland and I booked two helpers for two hours. They show up on time and unload the 26 feet trailer quickly and carefully . They know what they're doing. I would recommend Move4U L.L.C. Ohio.

Customers can expect a call in a timely manner, You'll be asked about notable big items such as(treadmills, appliances, tables, desks, bookshelves, pianos, safes, etc..) They will be asked if there are stairs, whether its a load/unload or both. Whatever your situation will need, we will do our absolute best to assist.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew to be on time, to receive a call thirty minutes prior to arrival. Movers will show up ready to do all the lifting and set your mind at ease.

Be ready, have the doorways and hallways clear of clutter, have the furniture disassembled, have boxes taped, have the truck at the location and ready.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train them on how to properly secure items in the truck. We provide them with knowledge on how to tie things down with knots that do not give. We use furniture pads and other padding to provide the best protection for your items. We have experience in packing trucks after a reviewing of what is going in it, to ensure your truck is packed tight and secure. We also provide training with a variety of moving tools such as; Moving dolly's, shoulder dolly's, furniture dolly's, etc..
