Friendly guys, but our stuff arrived in PA quite damaged. The unloading moving company was shocked at the lack of padding and careless loading. We ended up needing to replace our bed, have a bent treadmill, and scuffed wooden furniture, all with at least 15 moving blankets at their disposal and left unused. Disappointed and discouraged at the lack of moving skills on this day.

The service was scheduled for 10-12. At 9:00am the service provider called and asked if I would like to push it back to 12:00, as it was raining. I told him that it wasn't raining much by me, but I was okay with 12:00. They still hadn't shown by 12:30, so I called him back. He said that he had told me 12:00-1:00, which I would not have agreed to, as I was expecting to leave by 12:30. They job only took 20 minutes. They didn't show up until 1:05. They did proceed to move the stuff that I hadn't already moved, which I couldn't do by myself. The three guys that showed up got the unloading done quickly, but I probably wouldn't use them again.

Nice guys but showed up an hour late. They were not prepaired didn't bring any tools or dolly they were supposed to have brought. Should stay off the phone while on the job.

Kyle was promt and stayed tell the job was done. We have a lot of very nice things and they took there time to do it right and to our wishes. All three of the guys where courteous and worked to please us. I don't want to ever move again but if I did I'd call them.

Aside from arriving a couple hours late (which they were openly communicating about through text messages), they worked very hard and did a good job moving furniture and boxes into the home. Most of the labeled boxes ended up in the rooms there were intended to go to. There was no damage to furniture / goods.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
