They were fabulous movers once they got there, but they were significantly late. Last minute one of the movers couldn't make it, so they had to find a replacement. No troubles once they got there. They were prepared for the job, worked hard, and even did extra when asked. They were respectful of my property - my dresser had some issues getting up the stairs and one drawer fell out and tumbled down. They were apologetic and helped fixed it.
I would recommend them again.

First I'd like to say that I had to push my loading job off a day due to recovering from knee surgery. Beryl was very accommodating on this and I sincerely appreciate his ability to rework a very busy schedule in order to make my life easier! He and his helper came 15 minutes early and they were able to get the job done, They were all that I could ask for: hard working, professional, very respectful, and I would absolutely hire them again.

Day one - did not finish the labor that was paid for. Left beds unassembled and boxes in garage. Did not complete the 8 hours that was paid for. Held us hostage for day two to release payment or they would not show up. Payment was released before 9 am.
Day two: At 11:30 they called and Cancelled their CONFIRMED labor less than 1.5 hours prior to their scheduled arrival time.
Was told by a woman from Hireahelper we would receive a claim form from a manager and never received anything.
Very disappointed in both Bell Boys Movers and HireaHelper.
Will not use again.

The two individuals from Bell Boys Moving were great. They arrived and after a quick walkthrough started carrying boxes, and worked pretty much non-stop for over an hour to get things loaded quickly. They were careful to wrap anything that was breakable and secured everything carefully in the truck.
We even had some furniture with some stripped screws and they were patient and worked to get the furniture apart without damaging it.
We were very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency they put into helping us move. We booked them for 3 hours, but they moved what had planned and more in a little less than that time. I would recommend them to anybody looking to make their move a little easier, as we plan to do on our next move.
