My appointment was scheduled for an 11am arrival with this moving crew. By 1:20pm they still never arrived so I called hire a helper and reported the no show and asked for a refund with compensation. Very disappointed in this service.
I was on a time schedule to pack and move which is now delayed. Plus there’s a nor’easter arriving which will delay even further. I do not recommend this company. They are not reliable.

They did a great job with only one incident. They had trouble getting the sofa out and the wall had some damage. They were a little late due to traffic, but I got a phone call to let me know they were running a little late.

Save yourself the trouble of pouring over reviews and debating about who to hire-just hire these gentlemen. They were professional and caring and packed our POD like they were playing Tetris, not one inch of wasted space. We had purchased moving blankets on Amazon and they took the time to wrap and tape each piece of furniture carefully. They tied each section securely so nothing would budge during transportation. No complaints, only praise.

The 2 movers were running late, but i received a phone call alerting me, which i appreciated.
I had a piano to move and unfortunately the movers were not aware of that fact...plus they needed 3 movers and there were only 2. Fortunately I had friends available to help out, otherwise that would have been problematic.
Overall they worked extremely hard, they were respectful of my property and goods ...I would recommend them and I would use them again.

They came on time and introduced themselves to me and my husband. They worked a straight 4 hours and did an excellent job of packing the 2 pods to its capacity. I will definitely be using them again for the unpacking.

The crew was on time and ready to go. They were pleasant, quick and fun to work with. Two of the items we wrapped with blankets didn’t hold up well and they fixed them up for us. They loaded our POD very efficiently and in less time than expected. We would definitely use them again.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
