The movers were on time, but damaged two(at least) large pieces of furniture. Damaged the walls and wooden stairs. So worried the whole time. I heard a few word pieces of furniture being scraped across the cement. Not looking forward to the unpacking to see the totality of damage done. I am very disappointed with the service I received. The movers did not speak English(so we were told). Only Creole and French making conversation difficult. We would not recommend this moving company and will never use them again.

The work was awesome and the movers themselves were wonderful. I would use those gentlemen again anytime!!! The company on the other hand is a "hot mess". They estimated a 7 hour job. The invoice indicates a 4 hour minimum, with 3 additional hours at a specific rate. The reason I chose the vendor was, they advertised that they would only charge for the hours used. The scheduling was a nightmare. The date was moved multiple times. The movers showed up a day early and had to be sent away, as we were not ready. The movers took less than 4 hours, but I understood the 4 hour minimum fee. When it came time to release payment, I was informed I had to pay for the entire 7 hours. That is not what was agreed on, and I felt a "bait and switch" was used to garner my business. Also, you are not wo4rking with Huffy Movers INC, they sell the job to a third party that you don't know and can't hold accountable for communication, fees, etc. I will never use again and I will ensure that everyone I know hears about this on social media, within my workplace, where i am the leader of over 450 workers, and all my friends and family.

They were on time and ready to start working as soon as they arrived!! It was great that the first thing was to ask to see what was being moved, and asked questions as they went.
They were very pleasant and respectful to everyone and everything.
I would be delighted to use them, and recommend them to others.

We did expect them from 9-10 and they didn’t arrive until 11:10. Someone from the company did send us notice they would be late. We had something planned for later that day which is why we scheduled earlier. It turned out they were done in 4 hours so we were okay. The two guys were very respectful and worked hard. They were very efficient. We had just moved three months ago and used Two Men and a Truck and planned to use them again but as part of our home inspection, we received a concierge service that set us up with Huffy. We were super impressed and would use Huffy again, especially if we could have the same two guys!

They were fantastic! This was the most efficient moving crew I've ever had and I thought absolutely everything about them was impressive:
-They got to work right away
-They worked hard the entire duration
-They were careful handling all of our belongings
-They loaded the truck very precisely to fit as much as possible while keeping it safe and secure
If I ever move again, I will make it a point to use these guys again! I highly recommend them.
