There was two guys that came the one guy was absolutely fantastic the other guy was on his phone For at least 25 minutes then would pick up one box at a time.
The trailer was not filled to the top there is so much empty space.I had to rent another trailer!!If you have a two bedroom home I do not recommend this company by any means. We still have not received our furniture yet so I don’t know how it’s going to be but I will keep you updated!! They did give me an half hour to make up the time he spent on the phone . I’m just nervous about how they packed the truck, praying nothing is Broke !

Our movers, Jay and Travis, are the best! You can tell they’re experts by their suggestions for how to load the truck. They were extremely punctual (even earlier than the designated time!) and were super quick. We scheduled them for two hours and they got everything done in 1.5 hours! We will definitely be using Lucas Moving again (if we ever come back to Philly) and will recommend them to our friends.

They were terrific they were on time on the dot. They were both professional. Pleasant and friendly and really hard workers. They treated my things well everything was delivered without damage and within the two hour timeframe. I would definitely hire Lucas moving and home services again. If you want an efficient and professional move experience hire them.
