They came on time even in the snow storm blanketing Philly! They did a great job wrapping our bedroom dressers with our provided blankets & wrap.
They didn’t arrive with a dolly , surprisingly, but they used one on site at my condo. They also didn’t come with the tools necessary to disassemble our bed board but Shakira went out to retrieve one! They completed the job in a timely manner& were very respectable.
We recommend clarifying your needs prior to contracting services, assume nothing.

I was expecting this experience to be more professional (this is why i hired a MOVING Co) 1 of the workers seemed to have an idea of how to move and load but not the other. They damaged my wood floor along with my refrigerator why moving items through the house.
unfortunately, i did not notice the damage until after they left or I would have complained at the time and not approved the payment. Overall, not a good experience with this moving company. Hopefully the service on the other end will be much better.

Late, came under prepared. no proper tools. Hakeem was great but his partner Tyrese was not great, taking personal calls, disappearing long periods of time and overall costing me more money than necessary. this job should have been completed at least 2hrs earlier than it had. they broke my couch legs off and cannot be reattached. didnt even offer to credit my account, broke my outdoor folding chair. damaged our wood floors on the 2nd floor, a chunk is missing. i received not one acknowledgement or credit for any of this.
