Julien and Zay were so sweet and respectful. They were so efficient and fast and very strong. They packed the moving truck so professionally. I’ve never seen anything like it. They worked like a well oiled machine together. They never stopped until the whole job was completed. They always made sure that we were satisfied with what was going on and kept reassuring us that whatever we wanted to fit into the truck, they would make fit into the truck. Watching them work was very un-stressful. I never worried about any of my belongings once. Not to mention that they were very nice to watch working. ???? Thanks again.

Unprofessional and late.
First, this Mighty Movers uses the same name and market as Mighty Movers LLC - a legitimate and professional moving company in the DMV area. I actually booked these movers because I was mislead into thinking they were the other Mighty Movers. When I realized I was mislead, I decided to just go with it because it was too late.
The movers did not accept my moving request until two days before the move - despite booking through Hire a Helper a week in advance. I had to urge them to accept the order multiple times.
Throughout every step of the process, I reminded the movers that I lived in an apartment and had to reserve and elevator and moving garage/loading dock for a specific period of time (9-11am). 55 minutes before the movers arrival time, they told me they would be late (10-11 rather than the 9-10 I scheduled them for). They came at 10:50 - which provided us with 10 minutes to do the move with the reserved moving resources. Not using these resources lead to a much much longer move - eating away at the time i paid for. Another moving team had to work around my moving truck and my movers lost access to the moving elevator.
Before the movers arrival, I told them we would have to do the move later in the day because they were going to be so late and someone else reserved the moving elevator and garage for 11-2, but they insisted that they gave me an hour notice so that should be enough. After the mover said this multiple times, I asked how an hour notice could help the situation - to which the mover very aggressively replied that he could just cancel the move and nobody would come. He then proceeded to verbally reprimand me on the phone for pointing out that this "hour notice" did not help anyone. I let them continue the move and decided to just give their tip to the person who was scheduled use the loading dock at 11 - unfortunately that next person could only move at that time, so it was a mess.
Since they were so late, my moving truck was double parked inside of the loading dock and I had to use my paid time to navigate a way out.

They were on time, and the overall process was quick and okay. However, they broke an edge of drywall when they moved a small appliance. They said that they would take care of it once it happened, but it just delayed the fixation and didn't take any responsibility at the end. I had to figure it out with the Hire A Helper.

Incredibly quick, efficient, and careful. Very kind and professional. Took half the time needed, and packed everything incredibly well, leaving plenty of headroom left in the truck. Would recommend 10/10.

When they finished the job, they left a pile of trash in the driveway. On top of that, when they loaded the furniture packed into a storage facility bin, they left a pile of trash there also.
They apparently came back later and cleaned up the trash they left at the storage facility when the owner demanded it, but they wanted to charge me extra to come back and pick up the trash in the driveway. I would not pay them anymore.
I would not use Mighty Movers again.
