I confirmed my appointment a couple days before the move on the phone. The morning of the move he did not show up and all of the phone numbers went straight to voicemail. I ended up having to get different movers that day since he was a no show.

Complete and total bust on this so called service you offer. Keen Moving or whatever they think they are no-showed on me. I am moving 1700 miles in less than two days and you guys screwed me royally! Maybe a little more due diligence in screening your "helpers" would be appropriate. Get ready for some bad reviews. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
