I was very pleased and happy on how quick they got to my place and after telling them how quickly I needed everything packed, they made it happen and they packed my trailer perfectly. I had someone else booked and they never called me to let me know they were going to be late and then I found out they were going to be another three hours. I called back HireAHelper and they sprung into action to find someone ASAP and First Choice Movers was who I got and understood the situation. All around very happy.

the only good thing I can say they were on time after that everything was down hill with broken furniture to a helper that didn't have the strength to hang on to the furniture which resulted in the dropping of furniture. I will never use them again and if you value your stuff you won't ether.

Confirmation of appointment was great, communication during the loading was good. The Manager was reachable for questions and made adjustments to ensure his staff had all items secure and in the truck.
One of the staff members was not as experienced as the other, however, the job got done well. Overall, on time good service.

Dustin and Juan were great -- called me when they were 1/2 hour away to check in and showed up 15 min early. They packed the truck wonderfully and were very careful with my things. In the other end of my move things went just as smoothly. I highly recommend these guys and First Choice Movers.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day the customer can expect a courtesy call one hour prior to start time. Our professional movers will be friendly and hardworking.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer can prepare day prior checking that everything is boxed and ready for movers to come and load. Make sure dogs and cats are out of the way so the movers do not trip over.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed office jobs, long distance moves as well as local. We have also load and unload trailers, storage units and storage containers.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love making the customer happy by providing great customer service and handling furniture with care as if it was my own. I enjoy making the customer feel as if they made the right choice with hiring First Choice.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide my crew with training videos and professional tips. We are always looking for ways to approve.
