LIFE SAVERS!! Another company (Smooth Move Crew) canceled on me at the time of their expected arrival. A+ Movers came as quickly as possible and were very friendly and easy to work with. My only regret is that I didn't go with them originally!

Their workers were not equipped with the proper equipment in order to do the move. They dropped our washer down the stairs because they did not have appropriate straps to do the job. Furthermore, the manager at A+ Movers started harassing us the same day as the incident when the matter/insurance claim and payment was being completely handled by Hire A Helper. Their harassment went to such lengths that they showed up at our places of employment and we had to file a police report against them. Don't hire this company!

The guys were on time. Very respectable. hard workers. I would use them again. Only one thing, the bottom of the couch was not put back together. Besides that they did good.

These two young men worked hard to get the truck loaded from a 3rd floor apartment. They took care, nothing was broken, didn't take a break other than a breather and were respectful. They arrived about 20 min after the initial arrival time which was fine with me because I had anticipated that. They were honest and up front and apologetic. The only recommendation that I would have for them is to just use a couple more moving pads that I supplied for the contact points when packing. The truck was packed very well and I would use again if I were moving.

The guys were a little late, but they apologized, and we didn't mind. While they did manage to unload both of our PODS in the time allowed, I was surprised that they didn't have any hand trucks or equipment to help the process go a little faster. They were respectful of our things and certainly helped us out a great deal.

The guys were great and efficient but TWO HOURS LATE after being told they were on their way. Very frustrating as uhaul rental was rented based on the time they were supposed to come so ended up spending extra money for that. Extremely disappointed by that. Will not hire or recommend again.
