Joe and Leo did a good job. Our original mi red cancelled an hour before they were supposed to show up.

Hie & Leo saved the day. They ended up being about 2 hrs late but I was okay with that since we were a last minute addition.

The only problem I had was in the rush of trying to get things done they completely destroyed one of my ; shelf book shelves to the point it had to be thrown away. They dropped my dresser and broke 2 of the drawer fronts but I have been able to semi repair them so it is usable.

Overall though they really did do a good job and I would use them again and recommend them to others with just a little warning to watch the larger furniture.

Life Savers! Joe from A1 rescued me from a potential catastrophe on Father's day & Sunday night when the original scheduled movers (Sundaze Movers) no-showed on me without any phone call or warning (nor would they answer my calls). I was frantic because the ABF Trailer was going to be picked up in the morning.

The customer service at HireAHelper was phenomenal, working diligently to get someone to help me out at 5pm on a Sunday (Father's day). Joe and A1 Economy Movers to the rescue!

Joe called me repeatedly as he made his way out, updating me on his arrival eta. Got to my house at 8pm and worked all night to get everything loaded. Despite it being late he was courteous, careful and very professional. He knew how to load, was very respectful to our needs and careful with our belongings. I can't praise them enough.

I am so thankful to Joe, to the girls at HireAHelper... all Rock stars in my book. Thank you so much for caring and turning a disaster into a success!

Joseph and Ace were very nice to work with.

They were on-time and very friendly. They did not have a vehicle and relied on public transportation. I wish I had known that upfront because it meant less room in my vehicle for moving items.

They were a little slow, most movers I have worked with in the past fly to get the work done. Maybe a little over analyzing of the packing, but overall they were very nice.

Make sure you check what their breaks are like, They were booked for 4 hours, but didn't bring lunch. Joseph didn't eat fast food so we stopped at a grocery store. not only did I do the driving, but they still considered themselves on the clock during that time, which is a bummer.

Overall they were good, but there are a few little things that they need to address upfront. Especially when they charge by the hour.

Julie was moving a home full of fragile antiques to her shop and to her new home in addition to retrieving antiques from her storage.she booked for two hours,she had a undersized tow trailer for a oversized load ,all antiques nothing was broken or scratched because I insisted on padding and securing the load.We weren't booked to drive,ate in route, after she stopped to buy herself lunch.no breaks taken except to stop a Rottweiler from mualing her dog.no damages,no tips 1:45 travels not free.
