They did a poor job of loading the items the way I told them too, storage unit stuff in the front of the truck and the stuff for the apartment in the back. They put fragile boxes on the bottom and stacked it near truck high with other items. I was lucky they were packed decently and did not break. Time and time again, I told them about the patio furniture and they still left it out. I did not realize it until they had left and couldn't get it into the truck myself and ended up having to leave it for the trash pickup. They did not pack it all the way to the top, otherwise there would have been plenty of room for the patio furniture and other items I had to cram into my car or the front seat of the truck. They made me pay for an extra hour but left a half hour early. I am pretty positive they left a whole box downstairs in the basement as well as empty boxes I asked them to bring up for the trash. The main guy stood around talking to my husband. Perhaps if he would have been helping, I would not have had to pay for the extra hour.

The four young men were courteous and efficient. They arrived early worked quickly and professionally. The even broom swept the both storage units after they unloaded them. The were also very mannerly.
The equipment that was moved was for a medical/dental school. They were very careful not to damage any items. I would highly recommend them to anyone for a moving job.

They showed up 1.5 hours late. They took about 7 hours to load our truck with us moving a lot of stuff ourselves. We had planned to clean up as they moved, but we had to move a lot on our own. Our house had a lot of stuff, but I think it took way too long. A few items were damaged. We could not fit all our stuff as the truck was not loaded efficiently.
We were worried how long it would take to unload because we were moving into a third floor apartment, but that job was completed in 4 hours with the same number of helpers.
