They called an hour before to let us know they were coming. They were on time and efficient. Very nice and respectful to my mom and me. Would use their services again.

I’m being nice with 2 stars because the movers were nice… but that’s where it ended. They came totally unprepared. There was 3 of them, they had no equipment. They moved the boxes, one-by-one… the job was for 2 hours, it was going to take longer as it turned out cause they just weren’t moving fast or strategically. I was very unhappy to see my fragile boxes under heavy boxes. They only moved 2 pieces of actual furniture in the 2 hours… then they had to go cause they were booked for another job!!! The lead guy, J, offered to come back after 5. That was just not gonna work. So I paid for the 2 hours of unfinished work & had to find another company to finish the job the next day!!! That totally messed up my plans!!! I live high rise condo so there’s reserving the freight elevator, the loading dock, keeping the Pod there longer than planned!!! Just a total waste of time.
The co I found was extraordinary!!! They finished the job in record time & packed the POD like pros!!! Sorry Lucas but this was such a disappointment. I’d never recommend your services & I’m an Interior Designer so I not only know professional movers when I see them but I refer them to clients. This will never happen with you guys. I actually want my money back… but I suspect that would also be asking for too much!

The workers sent out to help unpack the moving truck was good workers , they took time making sure everything packed in storage spaces properly and was able to make everything fit . Plus they were able to schedule me in a day notice.Good work with valued time they were awesome.
