Brian and Jamal did an excellent job helping me with my move. They took their time to carefully wrap my belongings with protective blankets, and took care with my antique furniture pieces as to not bang them against anything or break fragile pieces off. They did back breaking work that I certainly could not have done by myself and were very polite and considerate during the process. I would definitely recommend these guys for the job, and will certainly request them again on my next move. The process of ordering the service and help was easy and straightforward, and they use up to date and reliable notification services via e-mail and phone. I was very pleased with the outcome. My prior moving experience was a nightmare, so I thank all involved for the great help, care, and consideration during this move.

They were on time (all three of them, one helper's wife sat in the car for two hours - the husband took a phone call early on - I didn't consider this a problem). The other helper seemed to be in charge. They worked hard loading the furniture, some of which they needed to be told not to carry by the legs. Upon opening the POD after transport, there were many pieces scratched, moldings broken off, etc. The packers could have used more of the padding that was supplied, and could have tied things down better. A folded metal bed frame gashed a piece even while they were packing. They finished on time, but I felt that they didn't have an interest in doing the job thoroughly or hadn't been trained well.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
