The two individuals who packed the truck with our belongings were very professional and were extremely efficient. I have never seen such a good job of packing before in the more than 15 moves we have made. Even the helpers that unpacked the truck at our destination commented on how well the packing was done. Nothing moved within the truck. Great job.

These guys were JUST AWESOME. Very good at what they do. They took great care of my stuff and loaded my truck really well so that nothing would shift around. They also worked extremely quickly. Very nice guys. I would definitely use them again!

Brian, Jamal and Curtis were in my driveway waiting when we pulled in with the U-Haul truck. It was a hot and humid day and they worked hard to get the truck packed and loaded fast! I only moved 10 minutes away but these guys worked their butts off to get me loaded and unloaded and everything set up in the time I requested. Definitely a professional group to work with. I highly recommend this company!

They did a fantastic job unloading for me. They were able to move my entire 16-foot truck up two flights of stairs in just a couple hours. I had a couple of really heavy and large pieces of furniture that they were able to move up narrow stairs. Very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend them, and I would use them again for future moves.

I am a customer service consultant and I work with businesses to provide an excellent client experience. So...I am in the business of customer service excellence. That being said, I am more than happy with the service that Service Quest provided durin our move. They were on time (actually early) and they were organized in their process and highly efficient with the move. I observed them throughout the 4 hour rmove and they worked hard (it was 95 degress and humid the day of our move) and they worked fast. As well, they took great care with all our furniture items and were especially careful with not banding the walls. We moved our items to storage and Brian was very organized in the way he stacked and stored the items to us. I have already recommended them to a number of friends and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs ahrd workers who also care.

This was a first for me! Hiring moving labor help. BUT they were excellent. Arrived on time. Took care of my furniture and boxes but also looked out for my walls! Packed everything into the storage bin perfectly. Would must definitely hire them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
