Hired two guys for three hours. First guy was on time second guy showed up an hour late. Company gave me some BS about "company policy" when i wanted a partial refund. Movers were great, when present, company is ****.

The two guys who came to unload our pod worked really hard. They hardly took a break at all in the two hours that they worked. They successfully moved most of our stuff upstairs. Only a few things remained on the first floor. For hard work I would give them five stars. For carefulness with the boxes I would give them three stars. They did not damage anything, but I didn’t feel they were very careful. For personality and interaction, they were great.

We are thorough, dedicated, hard-working professionals with 13+ years experience. We treat everything as though it is personally our own.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers will arrive 10 minutes prior, do a walk-through, and get right to work. No slackers here. We value our customers time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should be ready upon our arrival, everything boxed. If we are loading, Customer should have tie-downs, so, that we can secure everything into their trucks and nothing shifts while it’s being driven. This prevents damage.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, residential, commercial, and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of moving is getting to know our customers and meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are huge on customer service. We have thorough training on loading and unloading. We packed a very tight truck, that even a car key cannot fit between the boxes. The worst thing is for our customers to have to leave something behind.
