Joe must have sent me three emails and made as many phone calls to confirm the appt., check in with me the day before, and call to say he might be a little late (but they really weren't---maybe a few minutes!)---all appreciated contacts. They were on time, came prepared with supplies, and were respectful of our property making sure to communicate expectations. They worked hard and stayed on task. I would definitely recommend them. The only disappointing thing was some of the sofa cushions that are dry clean only were found pretty dirty when unloaded, probably from the inside of the truck, but wish they were better protected.

Joseph was in constant contact with me, to arrange times. They the unloading in less then the 2 hours projected. They worked very hard and even did extra in time allowed. I recommend them very highly, and they have very reasonable fees

They arrived on time, they cared for my furnitures as if it was their own. A line of communication was set up between us, in order to ensure the best customer quality experience.
